The move-in process was easy and straightforward, and the leasing office has been great. Shay and the others are very friendly and quick to respond anytime I need something. The gym is awesome, and the golf simulator is a nice bonus. Definitely recommend living here.

Updated Review: After a rocky start, I wanted to take a moment to update my previous review and give credit where it’s due. While living at Axis 201 initially felt like one of my biggest regrets, especially after experiencing two AC breakdowns during 90-degree nights with no immediate help, I’ve seen a noticeable effort from management to improve. Following those frustrating nights, I was provided with a portable AC unit the very next day, which helped significantly. I was also offered a model unit to sleep in, which I appreciated, even though I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in a bed that wasn’t mine. What stood out, however, was that management went out and purchased additional portable ACs to ensure future tenants wouldn’t be left in the same situation. That tells me they are learning and genuinely trying their best to adapt. I also want to acknowledge that much of the initial frustration may have stemmed from a lack of clarity during move-in. I wish that the proper procedure for submitting urgent maintenance requests, particularly the need to give consent for someone to enter the unit, had been clearly explained. In our case, the delay in giving that consent ultimately led to us missing the certified HVAC technician that night. Because of these improvements and the effort shown, I’ve decided to update my review. Special thanks to Michelle and Cesar for being so helpful, communicative, and present throughout the situation. Their support helped turn a frustrating experience into something that at least felt heard and addressed. Original review Living at Axis 201 has been one of my biggest regrets. The worst part? Maintenance is impossible to reach after 5pm, even during emergencies. They advertise 24-hour emergency maintenance, but after 6pm, you can’t get ahold of anyone. I absolutely love living here! The apartment complex is modern and well-maintained, with state-of-the-art amenities that truly enhance the experience of living here. Very dog-friendly with unique amenities like, dog park, virtual golf, state-of-the-art gym, yoga room, courtyard, etc are such unique features that I never thought I'd enjoy as much as I do. There is also a cinema room that is almost ready for us to use. The management and leasing office staff are wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any concerns. My dog loves his daily stops at the office for some special treatment and treats. It’s clear they care about creating a great community for residents. The overall design and vibe of the place feel sleek and contemporary. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a modern and luxurious living experience!

Axis 201 is a gorgeous building with ample amenities! The leasing staff have been very responsive since I've moved in and the security officer Malik was really helpful showing me how best to navigate spaces for moving my belongings in safely. I've enjoyed living here sofar and plan to stay for all 3 years I'm at Yale.

My husband and I absolutely love living here! I had the chance to take a tour with McKinsey, and after she showed me around the facilities, I knew I had to apply. The location is perfect — I especially love the trail outside and the outdoor area. McKinsey has also been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I've lived in other luxury apartments before, but this experience has truly stood out.

The apartments are absolutely stunning, and the staff is professional and genuinely pleasant. Not to mention the amenities, which are on another level and give the whole place a resort-style vibe. I’d give six stars if I could!

I’ve been at Axis 201 for two weeks now, and I’m honestly really impressed. The place has so much to offer—especially the golf room, which has pretty much everything you need (except maybe golf picks, but that’s a small thing). The pool area is always clean and there’s plenty of seating, so you never feel cramped. I haven’t checked out the sauna yet, but it’s there, so that’s a nice bonus! I did have a couple of minor issues with my window and bathroom light, but maintenance was super fast and friendly. They came right over and took care of everything in no time. Plus, I somehow locked myself out, and Mackenzie from the leasing office was amazing—she made sure I got back in and was super chill about it. One of the best parts? The petssssss! There are so many cute animals around, and it’s always nice to pet them when I’m walking around the building. At first, I was a little unsure about the adjacent neighborhood, but I’ve grown to really appreciate it :) This is really there neighborhood not ours (I’m from Brooklyn) as long as you’re respectful and open-minded, it’s a great place to live. Overall, Axis 201 has been an awesome place to live, and I’m excited for the rest of my time here.

This is a fantastic apartment. The household appliances in it are all brand new, and the facilities are very well-equipped, including a gym, a swimming pool, a reception room, and a study room. It boasts an excellent location, being very close to Yale University, and you can take the Yale shuttle bus. All in all, choosing to live here is the best decision I've made.

The "luxury" label gets thrown around a lot, but the amenities here are Axis actually live up to the hype. It’s reached the point where my friends always want to hang out at my place instead of going out. The Pool & Courtyard area is stunning. Whether I’m swimming or just grilling by the pool, the vibe is incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. The Private Theater is a hidden gem and is perfect for hosting a private movie night or sporting event. The Golf Simulator: As someone trying to fix their swing, having a top-tier simulator in the building is a game-changer. It’s great for getting some practice in when the weather isn't cooperating. Gym/Fitness Center is top notch. This gym is legit and has everything you need even down to a turf and tire flip. But what really sets this place apart is that it’s a real sense of community. The management team does an incredible job of making the building feel like a community rather than just a collection of units. They just several holiday events and some events “just cause”.
